Information layer

The information creates a synergy between the several factions of the AiGO network. Its role is to coordinate system operations, run an overall check, and reconcile the network (when this is the case) to ensure that the system keeps afloat. The information layer sustains the dynamism between the tech and economy layers. Token movements, multichain transactions, data requests and collation, and every bit of the network is overseen by the information layer.
